Mira leads YBM’s creative team. An award-winning magazine editor and writer, she has more than 15 years’ experience in the national press and in content marketing. A bit geeky about big ideas, storytelling and the evolution of digital content, she co-founded YBM to deliver excellence for clients and readers.
Stephen is a co-founder of YBM. As well as looking after the finance, he oversees production – print, fulfilment and mail. A stickler for detail, he is equally comfortable with delivering a print run of 300,000 copies as he is with 5,000. But he’s also a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt – so when he’s not obsessing about spot colours, he can be found on the mat, practising his shrimping.
Steve is responsible for commissioning and editing our clients’ branded content. An award-winning editor and writer, Steve has more than 20 years’ experience as a journalist and editor of national consumer, B2B and public sector magazines. A self-confessed control freak and marathon runner, he loves his young family, any sports involving balls, and all things Welsh – although not necessarily in that order.
Finnie is responsible for the creation of magazine design and visual content. She has more than 30 years' experience as an art director and designer, working for some of the world’s biggest brands. When not playing with type and pictures, Finnie can be found digging in her allotment or accompanying Marvin, her cockerpoo, as he inspects the local neighbourhood.
Rob is responsible for the creation of magazine design and visual content. He has more than 10 years' experience as an art director and designer, and led the redesign of the hugely successful Folio Magazine. Rob is a typography nerd, and when not designing his own, he can be found messing about with paper samples. But a word to the wise: don't start him on boardgames... unless you have got a lot of time to spare.
